PragmaGeeks is a small, technically credible team. The founder has spent 20 years building and leading engineering teams in Europe.

Anouar Adlani has been writing code, breaking systems, and building engineering teams since before cloud was a thing. He's not a talent industry professional who got interested in tech — he's a technologist who got tired of watching great engineers get passed over because hiring processes are broken.

He built PragmaGeeks in March 2025 with a specific thesis: Morocco has exceptional engineering talent, Europe has a persistent hiring problem, and the GMT+1 overlap makes the match obvious.

PragmaGeeks exists because the hiring process for engineers is broken. Here's what we believe in.

Founder-vetted talent. Anouar Adlani has been hiring engineers in Europe for 20 years. He's a CTO, not a recruiter. When he says an engineer is good, it means something. We don't pass CVs to clients — we make recommendations.
Morocco isn't a shortcut. It's the point. Morocco produces world-class engineers. The talent pool is deep, technical education is serious, and the work culture maps to European norms. GMT+1 means daily standups and real-time collaboration — not async limbo.
