How we work - Simple steps. No black boxes.
Finding the right engineer shouldn't take three months. Here's what working with PragmaGeeks actually looks like.

Understand
We start with a technical conversation, not a form. We want to know what you're building, what's broken, and what good looks like — so we can find someone who fits the actual job, not the job description.
This conversation usually takes 30–60 minutes and is worth every minute of it.

Source
We draw from our network of vetted engineers in Morocco — people we know personally or have worked with directly. When we bring you a profile, it's because we believe in that person.
Our pipeline is narrow on purpose. Volume is not the goal; quality is.

Vet
Every engineer goes through a technical review before we put them in front of a client. We check the fundamentals, the portfolio, and whether they can hold a conversation about their stack.

We don't do handoffs. The engineer integrates into your team, your workflows, your standups. We stay involved during the transition to make sure the fit holds.
Our principles - What we believe about hiring
Hiring engineers shouldn't be a lottery.
- Technical credibility first. Every placement decision is reviewed by someone who's written production code and led engineering teams.
- Timezone is non-negotiable. GMT+1 isn't a nice-to-have — it's the entire point.
- Quality over volume. We don't send you 20 CVs and hope one sticks.
- Transparency. We're honest about what we can source, how long it'll take, and whether we're the right fit.
- Long-term thinking. We stay involved after placement. The first 90 days matter.
- Respect for the engineer. Our engineers aren't resources — they're people with careers.
Ready to hire without the circus?
Tell us what you need. We'll tell you if we can find it — honestly, not optimistically. Most conversations take 20 minutes.
